Shindig is a NYC start-up committed to unleashing the unrealized potential of video chat. Shindig's proprietary technology allows for the free flowing engagement of participants in large scale group chats. In Shindig you see the natural ebb and flow of conversations and move seamlessly between them. Current video chat ignores the fact that staring at the person you are talking to is not natural, and the feeling that others are staring back at you is discomforting.
Our company founder and CEO, Steve Gottlieb, is a serial entrepreneur and longtime angel tech investor. His past career highlights include founding and running one of the largest independent music companies in the US, with 30 Gold, Platinum, and Multi-platinum releases to its credit. Our Head of Technology, Manik Bambha, was previously a Director of Technology at MySpace.
